Oxford Square Townhomes
Oxford Square is a new town home project located off of Cuyler Best Rd. in Goldsboro between Highway 70 and New Hope Road. The two units we are building in Oxford Square right now are both sold but we will be glad to start another building if someone is interested in buying one. There will be 50 units in all.
These two-bedroom, two-bath town homes are all on one level, so there are no stairs to negotiate. The oversized, single car garage with electric opener and remote provides added security and the large floored attic provides lots of storage. The large rooms and well laid out floor plan make the units seem much larger than 1,380 square feet.
The units incorporate a "handicapped friendly" design with no steps coming into the house from the garage and a handicapped threshold on that door. Additionally, almost all of the doorways are three feet wide to accommodate a wheelchair. In order to make a unit truly handicapped accessible, however, some additional changes would have to be made.
The price already includes a full length glass Larson storm door on the front door, and lawns with a sprinkler system and grass sod.
